Alice of the Rocks sequel

We’ve extended the deadline for the Title Contest of the sequel to Alice of the Rocks! If you’ve already submitted titles, feel free to send in more suggestions, as we’ve also removed the 3-entry limitation.

The NEW DEADLINE is Monday, April 18th, 2016.

Please see this link for more information on Alice of the Rocks Book One and its sequel.

E. Graziani and Morning Rain Publishing invite you to submit your title ideas. Together, we’ll choose our favourites and post them to the website. The title with the most votes will grace the cover, to be designed by Joanne Kasunic. The author of each title that appears on the website will receive a digital copy of the novel. The winner gets bragging rights… and a little something from MRP in the mail.

Rules

It has to relate to the book. Themes include Renaissance Italy, time travel, and romance.

It has to be short, preferably less than six words.

It has to be G-rated.

MRP, with the help of E. Graziani, will pick our favourite titles and post them here on April 19, 2016. The Top Winner will be determined by public vote. The voting period will take place between April 21, 2016 and April 25, 2016. The winning title will be announced on April 28, 2016.

Guidelines

Please make sure to put “AOTR Book 2” in the subject line of your email.

Please introduce yourself, or at least say hello before submitting your title.

Please copy your title into the body of the email. Attachments will not be opened.

Deadline – April 18, 2016

Other Stuff

Titles will be posted for voting anonymously, but please encourage your friends and family to take a look and vote for their favourite.

The winner will be asked to provide a one paragraph blurb about themselves, along with a picture (optional), and a link back to their website (also optional) or other social media if they have it.

You are more than welcome to submit as many titles as long as you follow all the rules and guidelines above. All submissions can be included in the same email.

Fine Print: All submissions must be original and not in the public domain; by entering the contest the author agrees that their title does not violate the right of privacy of any person; that it contains no libelous, obscene, or other unlawful matter; and that it does not infringe upon the copyright or violate any other right of any person or party. By submitting, authors warrant they hold the rights to publish their work, and MRP will not be held liable for any shenanigans.

Email us your entry today, and remember to use “AOTR Book 2” in the message header.

Morning Rain Publishing will release the book in early summer of 2016—so hang onto your seats and prepare for an amazing journey through time.
